Simon Says run faster

Story

On 6 October I’ll be running a half marathon through London’s Royal Parks to raise money for the Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation. I’m running with one particular person in mind, Simon Goss. Simon lived for just 10 weeks after his diagnosis of lung cancer, and when he died he was only 44. So this run is in memory of Simon, and as a tribute to his family particularly his lovely wife Patti. And I know she'll tear a strip off me if I give up halfway, so I’d best get on with it.
